Juniors
Juniors riding ponies (148cms and under) must not have attained their 17th birthday.
Seniors
Once a competitor has attained their 17th birthday they may only compete in senior competitions. Juniors may compete in senior competitions on horses (over 148cm) on or after their 12th birthday.
Seniors may compete on ponies (148cm and under) in the senior 65cm, 75cm and 85cm competitions from on or after their 17th birthday. However, should the Judge for the competition deem the senior and pony completely incompatible the Judge has the right to exclude the Competitor from the competition. Sykehouse Arena may ask you to prove the height of your pony to the judge’s i.e. passport. Seniors on ponies are not included in the league tables.

One round timed, fences 70-80cm with a 90cm Joker, smaller alternative available. Minus 4 points per refusal. Third refusal elimination. Max points in the fastest time wins.

RUN UNDER TRAILBLAZERS and BRITISH SHOWJUMPINGS rules. HORSES AND PONIES CAN COMPETE IN A MAXIMUM OF 3 CLASSES.
PRIZE MONEY: £15, £10, £5 according to entries (1 in every complete 5 in each section up to 3rd place).
Classes may be combined at the judge’s discretion if insufficient entries in each section.
All cash prizes must be collected from the show office on the day.

CORRECT RIDING DRESS TO BE WORN, I.E SHOW OR HACKING JACKET, LIGHT JODPHURS, COMPETITION BOOTS OR BOOTS & CHAPS AND A CURRENT REGULATION RIDING HAT. ARMS COVERED AT ALL TIMES. LONG HAIR FASTENED BACK SECURELY AND TUCKED INTO HAT OR JACKET.
