ENTRIES CLOSE Thursday 21st January at 8pm or before if full, places will be limited and entries from our postponed show take priority.

ENTRIES BOOKED AND CANCELLED BEFORE CLOSE OF ENTRIES WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS £5.00 ADMIN FEE per entry. PLEASE EMAIL TO WITHDRAW.

Covid protocol still applies- NO SPECTATORS, 1 horse entered= 1 rider and 2 other people only (includes children)

CLASS 1          Jingle Bells, 65 cm                        £16       fillers at side

CLASS 2          Snowball Scurry, 70 cm             £16        fillers at side

CLASS 3          Christmas Cracker, 75cm          £16        fillers at side,

CLASS 4          Sleigh Bells, 80cm                       £16        with fillers in,

CLASS 5           Elf on the Shelf, 85cm               £16        with fillers in,

CLASS 6           Santa Stakes, 90/95cm             £16        with fillers in

CLASS 7           Reindeer Run, 1M/1.05m         £16     with fillers in

plus 1x £2 First aid Contribution for all riders                

 

ALL CLASSES WILL RUN SINGLE PHASE
Horse and Ponies will jump together but judged separately if sufficient entries.                                            Max 3 entries for any 1 horse/pony

Prizes: 1st £20,2nd £10, 3rd £5 – subject to entries (1 in every complete 5 in each section up to 3rd place) SECTIONS MAY BE COMBINED AT JUDGES DISCRETION.

Strict Covid Protocol to be followed with Social distancing throughout our site- anyone not adhering to these will be asked to leave immediately and future entries denied

# ONLY 5 RIDERS IN THE WARM UP AND NO UNMOUNTED PERSONS. THE WARM UP FENCES WILL BE ADJUSTED BY A SYKEHOUSE STEWARD ONLY.

#NO SPECTATORS ON SITE. MINIMAL PEOPLE (1 HORSE=1 RIDER AND 2 OTHERS ONLY- includes children). ONLY HORSES ENTERED WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE- DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA HORSES

#ACCESS ONLY BY THE LORRY GATE WHERE ENTRIES WILL BE CHECKED/ VERIFIED, NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY

#CAFE WILL OPERATE WITH A ONE WAY SYSTEM, AS A TAKE AWAY ONLY- ONLY 1 PERSON PER ORDER

#STRICT DRAWN ORDER- IF YOU MISS YOUR TURN YOU MISS YOUR ENTRY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO “SLOT YOU IN”

#PARKING 5M APART IN ALLOCATED BAYS, TACKING UP WITHIN BAY- NO HORSES TO BE LEFT TIED TO VEHICLES

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE FUTURE ENTRIES TO ANYONE WHO DOESNT ABIDE BY THE ABOVE

CORRECT RIDING DRESS TO BE WORN, I.E SHOW OR HACKING JACKET, LIGHT JODPHURS, COMPETITION BOOTS OR BOOTS & CHAPS AND A CURRENT REGULATION RIDING HAT.

FAULTS/RULES – RUN UNDER BS/ TRAILBLAZERS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE

HORSES AND PONIES CAN COMPETE IN A MAXIMUM OF 3 CLASSES.
