Analysis of your riding posture, effectiveness and straightness using Franklin Balls 🎾
These air and water filled balls are used to disrupt “learnt” movement patterns.
By placing them under your seat, and under arms and legs, they help to release fascia and muscle tension and improve proprioception (sense of body position)
We learn through feel much better than a verbal instruction. By manipulating your body position with the Franklin balls, you learn much faster about your body position and your influence on the horse.
Appropriately used, these balls are a fantastic addition to your training regime.
