WE REQUIRE THAT PASSPORTS ACCOMPANY ALL HORSES TO OUR EVENTS/ CLINICS AND INSIST ANNUAL VACCINATIONS ARE UP TO DATE OR the 2nd VACCINATION HAS BEEN GIVEN.

AT LEAST 7 DAYS CLEAR of vaccination IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE EVENT YOU WANT TO ATTEND. Horses must remain on the lorry/ trailer until passports are checked in the secretary’s office.

IT IS THE OWNERS/ COMPETITORS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE ABOVE IS ADHERED TO – management reserve the right to decline entry to any horse/ pony should the above not be complied with.

ENTRIES BOOKED AND CANCELLED BEFORE CLOSE OF ENTRIES WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS £10.00 ADMIN FEE. TO RECEIVE A REFUND WITHDRAWALS MUST BE BEFORE 12pm ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE EVENT. Horses and Ponies can compete in no more than 3 classes, 1 clear round and 2 teams!

 The number of teams is limited, therefore you should enter early to avoid disappointment!!

 NO COMPETITOR MAY RIDE MORE THAN ONE HORSE/PONY IN EACH TEAM.  ALL HORSES/PONIES MAY ONLY COMPETE ONCE IN EACH CLASS. NO TEAM MAY ENTER MORE THAN 2 CLASSES!!

 Each team to consist of four members.

All teams to jump 2 rounds, the best 3 scores to count in each round. In a team of 4 if a 2nd team member is eliminated 50 faults will be added, in a team of 3 the first elimination will add 50 faults. In the event of equality after the 2 rounds for 1st place, there will be a timed jump off by ONE nominated member from each team.  Should there be equality for minor placings, the fourth team members score will count from the 2 rounds.

The order in which the team members are entered is the order in which the team will jump!

 Prizes: 1st £60 subject to entries   ALL PRIZE MONEY MUST BE SIGNED FOR AND COLLECTED FROM THE OFFICE ON THE DAY BY THE PERSON WHO MADE THE ENTRY!

CORRECT RIDING DRESS OR TEAM COLOURS TO BE WORN, I.E SHOW OR HACKING JACKET, LIGHT JODPHURS, COMPETITION BOOTS OR BOOTS & CHAPS AND A CURRENT REGULATION RIDING HAT.  ARMS COVERED AT ALL TIMES.  LONG HAIR FASTENED BACK SECURELY AND TUCKED INTO HAT OR JACKET.

****Don’t forget, to gain points at all 3 shows, you MUST keep the same team name and three team members MUST remain the same throughout the series.****

BY CONTINUING WITH THIS BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE ABOVE & FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY and HEALTH & SAFETY

*No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers or their property, helpers or horses in connection with or arising out of this show. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising therefrom.

*The organisers retain the right to refuse entry and to amend the details of the schedule if the instances of the programme requires, and to cancel any class with insufficient entries.

*Please be responsible when using the onsite bar, do not drink and ride!!  Anyone thought to be under the influence and therefore unfit to ride will not be able to compete.

*The organisers reserve the right to ask anyone who shows cruelty or anti-social behaviour to leave the showground.

*Please be responsible and considerate in the collecting ring and be aware of the other horses and riders around you.  Please listen to the collecting ring steward.

*Keep the area around the collecting ring gate clear and spectators please stand in the designated area to the side of the arena.

*Rosettes and prize money given to places 1 to 6 are subject to the number of entries.

*All prize money to be collected on the day of the show otherwise this will be forfeited.

 *The decision of the judge will be final – any objection should be made to the Secretary, together with a deposit of £20 which will be forfeited if the objection is not upheld by the Committee.

*The organisers of this show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present.  For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers, Officials and Stewards.

*Please keep all dogs on a lead and clean up after them.

*Please park sensibly and do not tie horses or ponies to the side of horseboxes or trailers.

*Children must be supervised at all times. Please keep young children away from the close proximity of horses.

*All entries booked and not taken must be paid for – no entries will be refunded unless the class is cancelled.

*Hats to current minimum standard and correct riding dress must be worn.  Show or hacking jackets, light jodhpurs or breeches, competition boots or boots with chaps- black or brown.  Long hair fastened back securely and tucked into hat or jacket.

 *No whips to exceed 75cm.  Schooling whips are not permitted at any jumping show.

*If you have a young/novice horse please place the appropriate ribbon(s) in its tail to identify this fact.

*Stallions must have liability insurance and MUST be clearly identified and ridden/handled by a responsible adult at all times.

*Please place litter in bins provided and keep the lorry park as free from hay and droppings as possible. There is a muck trailer for your use near the office.

*Please do not park spectator or grooms cars on the lorry/trailer park. This is a Health & Safety requirement as well as keeping the area clear for the horse vehicles!!! Thank you.
