WE REQUIRE THAT PASSPORTS ACCOMPANY ALL HORSES TO OUR EVENTS/ CLINICS AND INSIST ANNUAL VACCINATIONS ARE UP TO DATE OR the 2nd VACCINATION HAS BEEN GIVEN.
AT LEAST 7 DAYS CLEAR of vaccination IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE EVENT YOU WANT TO ATTEND. Horses must remain on the lorry/ trailer until passports are checked in the secretary’s office.
IT IS THE OWNERS/ COMPETITORS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE ABOVE IS ADHERED TO – management reserve the right to decline entry to any horse/ pony should the above not be complied with.

POINTS FOR ALL PLACINGS TOWARDS END OF SEASON CHAMPIONS AND RESERVES AT ALL HEIGHTS!!
CLASSES SPLIT: PONIES (14.2HH AND UNDER) OR HORSES (RIDERS 12YRS AND OVER) – REGARDLESS OF WHETHER JUNIOR OR SENIOR AND IF DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY JUDGES
All classes run single phase i.e. faults taken over the full course but only the second half is timed. Separate awards subject to entries (must be 5 or more PONIES and 5 or more HORSES to split).
AWARDS: ROSETTES 1ST TO 6th PRIZE MONEY: £15 £10 £5 According to entries (1 in every complete 5 up to 3rd)
POINTS: allocated 1st to 6th place
1st = 6 points 2nd = 5 points 3rd = 4 points 4th = 3 points 5th = 2 points 6th = 1 point
BONUS POINTS: 2 bonus points will be added to all double clears whether placed or not. 5 double clears = 10 extra bonus points.
HOWEVER POINTS AND PLACINGS WILL BE FORFEITED IF YOU ARE ELIMINATED AT ANY STAGE
Points league champions and reserve will be determined by horse/pony and rider combination with the highest number of points gained throughout the season at each height. If there is a tie the combination with the most wins will be the champion. Competitors MUST attend the Championship show in order to receive prizes, otherwise they will be forfeited.

Entries close 6.10pm to be jumped by 6.20pm – Rosettes to all clear rounds max 2 mins in the ring £7.00

CLASS 1 55cm – this class only will have a lead rein section as well as Pony and Horse section £12.00
If competing in the 55cm competition then the same combination of horse / pony and rider are not be eligible to compete competitively on the same day in competitions of 75cms or above
CLASS 2 65cm £12.00
If competing in the 65cm competition then the same combination of horse / pony and rider are not be eligible to compete competitively on the same day in competitions of 85cms or above
CLASS 3 75cm £12.00
CLASS 4 85cm £12.00
HORSES OR PONIES CAN COMPTETE IN A MAXIMUM OF 3 CLASSES, EG. 1 CLEAR ROUND, 1 55cm AND 1 65cm

COMPETITION WEAR (NO DUBARRY OR COUNTRY STYLE BOOTS) A CURRENT REGULATION RIDING HAT.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY and HEALTH & SAFETY
*No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers or their property, helpers or horses in connection with or arising out of this show. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising therefrom.
*The organisers retain the right to refuse entry and to amend the details of the schedule if the instances of the programme requires, and to cancel any class with insufficient entries.
*Please be responsible when using the onsite bar, do not drink and ride!! Anyone thought to be under the influence and therefore unfit to ride will not be able to compete.
*The organisers reserve the right to ask anyone who shows cruelty or anti-social behaviour to leave the showground.
*Please be responsible and considerate in the collecting ring and be aware of the other horses and riders around you. Please listen to the collecting ring steward.
*Keep the area around the collecting ring gate clear and spectators please stand in the designated area to the side of the arena.
*Rosettes and prize money given to places 1 to 6 are subject to the number of entries.
*All prize money to be collected on the day of the show otherwise this will be forfeited.
*The decision of the judge will be final – any objection should be made to the Secretary, together with a deposit of £20 which will be forfeited if the objection is not upheld by the Committee.
*The organisers of this show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers, Officials and Stewards.
*Please keep all dogs on a lead and clean up after them.
*Please park sensibly and do not tie horses or ponies to the side of horseboxes or trailers.
*Children must be supervised at all times. Please keep young children away from the close proximity of horses.
*All entries booked and not taken must be paid for – no entries will be refunded unless the class is cancelled.
*Hats to current minimum standard and correct riding dress must be worn. Show or hacking jackets, light jodhpurs or breeches, competition boots or boots with chaps- black or brown. Long hair fastened back securely and tucked into hat or jacket.
*No whips to exceed 75cm or less then 45cm in length. Schooling whips are not permitted at any jumping show.
*If you have a young/novice horse please place the appropriate ribbon(s) in its tail to identify this fact.
*Stallions must have liability insurance and MUST be clearly identified and ridden/handled by a responsible adult at all times.
*Please place litter in bins provided and keep the lorry park as free from hay and droppings as possible. There is a muck trailer for your use near the office.
*Please do not park spectator or grooms cars on the lorry/trailer park. This is a Health & Safety requirement as well as keeping the area clear for the horse vehicles!!! Thank you.
