FRIDAY NIGHTS POINTS LEAGUE DATES:
28th April, 12th, 26th May, 9th , 23rd June, 14th July, 11th August and 25th August FINALE
BIG thank you to Iron Horse Equestrian for their continued support, most generously giving £300 worth of vouchers! £150 to overall points champion, £100 for reserve and £50 for 3rd in the points league! Additionally 4th, 5th and 6th placings in the overall league will each receive a £50 Sykehouse Arena Voucher ( which can be used online for entries/ arena hires)
For the 2023 season we will be running classes from 60 cm through to 95cm/1m, classes will be split horses/ ponies with a minimum of 5 competitors required in the section to be eligible for prize money sooo you need to put these dates in your diary NOW!
AUGUST 28th for FINALE AND CHAMPIONSHIP PRESENTATIONS ( which must be attended to receive prizes!)
PRIZE MONEY AT EVERY SHOW AND CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZE MONEY of £450- it’s going to be a fabulous series of FRIDAY NIGHT SHOWJUMPING 2023!
Points are allocated, on a sliding scale, to horse/rider combinations according to the placings given by the judges i.e
1st place 10 points
2nd 9 points
3rd 8 points etc
All double clears will also receive an additional 2 points
ONLY 2 CLASSES (first 2) JUMPED AT ANY OF THE SHOWS WILL COUNT TOWARDS YOUR POINTS
Only combinations that have gained points at two previous shows will be eligible for any prizes.
**Competitors MUST attend the Championship show on Friday 28th August in order to receive prizes, otherwise they will be forfeited.**
