To qualify for Trailblazers 2nd Rounds 2019 you need to have 58% or more
Rosettes to 6th place. Separate awards for juniors if enough entries.
Entries close at 12pm (noon) Wednesday 25th April unless we are full prior to that date.

In order to be presented with prizes you must compete on this day, SUNDAY 29th April, failure to do so will mean your points are forfeited. All prizes must be collected on the day.
The top 6 in each class (Intro, Prelim, Novice and Elementary) must be free to attend this championship and presentation show.
PLEASE BE ON TIME – THE TIME YOU ARE ENTERED FOR IS THE TIME YOU NEED TO BE IN THE RING. IF YOU MISS YOUR TIME YOU WILL MISS YOUR SLOT UNLESS THERE IS AN AVAILABLE SPACE AFTERWARDS!

Chosen times are only secured upon checkout, you have to make payment at the time of your booking to secure your slots.
Please ensure payment is made at that time to avoid disappointment.
Judged under current Trailblazers rules and BD rules where stated.
Please declare in the office to collect your number and let us know which tests you are doing if you haven’t already done so.
Classes are run mixed throughout the day, with final results being available after the last competitor in that class.
However you can collect your score sheet from the secretary as soon as your score has been calculated and recorded.
Qualification cards, sheets and rosettes can be forwarded by post at an admin charge of £1 per test to cover postage etc OR leave a self addressed stamped envelope with the secretary.
REFUND POLICY: Withdrawals will be accepted up to 48 hours before the event date, whereby a refund will be given of £10.00 per class (Inc. admin charge).
Late withdrawals and ‘no shows’ will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled, in which case a full refund will be given.
Late entries if accepted will be subject to a £3.00 surcharge per class.

BY CONTINUING WITH THIS BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY and HEALTH & SAFETY
*No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers or their property, helpers or horses in connection with or arising out of this show. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising therefrom.
*The organisers retain the right to refuse entry and to amend the details of the schedule if the instances of the programme requires, and to cancel any class with insufficient entries.
*Please be responsible when using the onsite bar, do not drink and ride!! Anyone thought to be under the influence and therefore unfit to ride will not be able to compete.
*The organisers reserve the right to ask anyone who shows cruelty or anti-social behaviour to leave the showground.
*Please be responsible and considerate in the collecting ring and be aware of the other horses and riders around you. Please listen to the collecting ring steward.
*Keep the area around the collecting ring gate clear and spectators please stand in the designated area to the side of the arena.
*Rosettes and prize money given to places 1 to 6 are subject to the number of entries.
*All prize money to be collected on the day of the show otherwise this will be forfeited.
*The decision of the judge will be final – any objection should be made to the Secretary, together with a deposit of £20 which will be forfeited if the objection is not upheld by the Committee.
*The organisers of this show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers, Officials and Stewards.
*Please keep all dogs on a lead and clean up after them.
*Please park sensibly and do not tie horses or ponies to the side of horseboxes or trailers.
*Children must be supervised at all times. Please keep young children away from the close proximity of horses.
*All entries booked and not taken must be paid for – no entries will be refunded unless the class is cancelled.
*Hats to current minimum standard and correct riding dress must be worn. Show or hacking jackets, light jodhpurs or breeches, competition boots or boots with chaps- black or brown. Long hair fastened back securely and tucked into hat or jacket.
*No whips to exceed 75cm or less then 45cm in length. Schooling whips are not permitted at any jumping show.
*If you have a young/novice horse please place the appropriate ribbon(s) in its tail to identify this fact.
*Stallions must have liability insurance and MUST be clearly identified and ridden/handled by a responsible adult at all times.
*Please place litter in bins provided and keep the lorry park as free from hay and droppings as possible. There is a muck trailer for your use near the office.
*Please do not park spectator or grooms cars on the lorry/trailer park. This is a Health & Safety requirement as well as keeping the area clear for the horse vehicles!!! Thank you.
